Facilities, Maintenance & Operations

The Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Department is under the direction of the Chief Business Official, David Flores. This Department is responsible for all janitorial, maintenance, and grounds services along with all facilities, buildings, water systems, sewer systems, and HVACs.
The Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Department oversees all of the construction projects in the District, insurance, safety, hazardous materials inspections, and analyzes utility usage and costs.
