Jack Leclair directs the District Maintenance & Operations Department. He is assisted by his secretary, Doris Alexander and the Facilities & Operations Analyst.
The M&O Department is responsible for all janitorial, maintenance and grounds services along with all facilities, buildings, water systems, sewer systems and HVACs. M&O oversees all of the construction projects in the District, insurance, safety and hazardous materials inspections and analyzes utility usage and costs.
